How often should my siding be replaced?

Typically, siding should be replaced every 10 to 15 years, but usally it has to be replaced before then.

If you see your siding starting to crack, or if it has any punctures from rocks or hail, you should replace it as soon as possible. If your siding is jeopardized, water can run into your home and cause serious damage.

You may also notice your siding coming loose, or maybe even a couple of panels missing. It is common for wind to force itself into the seams and pull the siding apart. This can even be a safety hazard, so if you notice this, call a siding professional immediately.
